Student-Audience Video Outline

For my video I will explain the parts of a girls lacrosse stick:

1. Open with a title page
2. While I give an introduction and explain the parts of a girls lacrosse stick, I should have music playing softly in the background.
3. Show the difference between men's and women's stick.
4. Closing
5. Credit page

Next Vista

This website provides the public with free videos. Many instructional, and many informational. I just watched three different videos from it and I am going to shed some insight about them.

1. http://www.nextvista.org/gaming-in-the-classroom/
This video was very short, the presenter sat down and talked about what he wanted to say, and it seemed like he was rushing out whatever he had to say. He did change tone to keep the listener alive, and I liked that he did his presentation in the computer room. He also had a good topic to talk about.

2. http://www.nextvista.org/santa-clara-california/
The next video was a little longer, and really the only thing I didn't like was that the audio was not clear (wind, outside sounds). The intro was great and the video was very informative. The different voices was nices, and the video effects were excellently used.

3. http://www.nextvista.org/this-is-for-me/
This third video was much longer than the other two and the speakers spoke very fast. There was also very limited editing done to the final product. I liked the different students that were involved and the points of view. They used their camera and pictures well and the concept of helping out was outstanding.

WRONG!

Well as you saw in my last post I thought my semester was over and I would atleast get a nice break. WRONG! We started our summer class and it's right back to the grind. A lot of work to do in a little time. We shall see what I come up with.

Ending of Semester

This semester has been really useful and enlightening. The past week or so I had not been blogging because I've been working hard to get all the work completed for the end of year 1. Technology class has been fun, educational, and (like I said) useful. So many useful technologies have been presented to us in so many different ways. I really look forward to the the second year of team and the new things that will come our way.
